The Neutra Owner’s Network is a worldwide supportive community of property owners and stewards of buildings designed by Richard Neutra & Dion Neutra.  The Network serves as a private forum for sharing information, experiences and solutions for preserving the intrinsic qualities of Richard Neutra’s vitally important, existing built work.

The fundamental purpose of the Neutra Network is to link owners and stewards through access to Neutra-based research, resources, materials, imagery and expertise, essential to maintaining and restoring Neutra properties. Neutra buildings are celebrated because they are the result of a design language consisting of unique strategies, details and materials that were refined over his career. Consequently, Neutra’s designs require constant attention and care.

The Network also supports the work of the Neutra Institute for Survival Through Design (NISTD) in part to promote and preserve the legacy of Richard, Dione, and Dion Neutra. The Network contributes to the Institute’s mission by making information on Neutra buildings more widely available to owners, hosting periodic in-person programs and creating educational presentations of successful preservation projects that are made available on the NISTD website.

The Neutra Network is designed to allow participants to be as active or passive, public or private as they choose.
